Are your drivers licensed and insured?Yes, all of our drivers hold licenses issued by either the Vale of Glamorgan council or Cardiff council. Each driver has undergone a thorough background check prior to joining Cabs 64, and all our vehicles are comprehensively insured.

How can I pay for my ride?We offer multiple payment options to suit your preferences, including cash, credit/debit cards, and various mobile payment methods (i.e. Apple Pay).

Can I track my cab's location in real-time?Our app provides real-time tracking of your cab's location and estimated arrival time. You'll also receive text notifications confirming your ride, ride details, proximity alerts, and a convenient payment link at the end of your journey.

What should I do if I've misplaced an item?To retrieve a lost item, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our customer service number immediately to report the lost item. 2. Provide as much detail as possible about the item, including where and when you think you may have left it in one of our vehicles. 3. Our team will assist you in locating the item by checking with the driver of the vehicle you traveled in. 4. If the item is found, we will arrange for its return to you as soon as possible. 5. If your item is not found right away, we will continue to search and keep you updated on the progress. Please remember that the sooner you report a lost item, the higher the chances of successful retrieval.

How do I download the Cabs 64 App?You can easily download the Official Cabs 64 App from either the App Store or the Play Store. Alternatively, you can quickly access the app by scanning the QR codes available on our website.

How can I change my phone numberIf you change your phone number, you will have to create a new account.

How can I save my favourite addresses?You can save your favourite addresses multiple ways. The easiest way is to tap on the heart icon next to the address when you select your pickup and destination locations. You can also manage, edit, rename and create new favourites from the "Favourites" entry in the side menu.

How can I rate my trip?You can rate your trip at the end of your booking. Access the rating screen either by tapping on the "completed trip" push notification or going back in the app while your driver completes your trip.

How can I contact you?You can contact us via multiple channels. The easiest and fastest way would be to call us from the "Call Us" entry in the side menu. You can also provide feedback about the app or your experience in the "About Us" section from the side menu.

How can I delete my account?You can delete your app account within your app or contact us and we can help with your request to delete your app account or to remove all your personal data according to GDPR.
