You can easily download the Official Cabs 64 App from either the App Store or the Play Store. Alternatively, you can quickly access the app by scanning the QR codes available on our website.

If you change your phone number, you will have to create a new account.

You can save your favourite addresses multiple ways. The easiest way is to tap on the heart icon next to the address when you select your pickup and destination locations. You can also manage, edit, rename and create new favourites from the "Favourites" entry in the side menu.

You can rate your trip at the end of your booking. Access the rating screen either by tapping on the "completed trip" push notification or going back in the app while your driver completes your trip.

You can contact us via multiple channels. The easiest and fastest way would be to call us from the "Call Us" entry in the side menu. You can also provide feedback about the app or your experience in the "About Us" section from the side menu.

You can delete your app account within your app or contact us and we can help with your request to delete your app account or to remove all your personal data according to GDPR.
